Another First

Today marks Reily first solid food meal!  Congratulations to Reily for this milestone!  Although the milestone daddy wants you to achieve is sleeping on your own and through the night, daddy still very proud of you! =D

While mommy preparing the … well … ‘solid’ food, Reily turns his attention to his very animated daddy.

And here we go!

Speaking of food, what do you think Aidan will do?  Luckily he realizes this is not interesting food for his age. =P

So he just quietly goes back to his milk …

And enjoy his new found favorite show … “The Incredible Hulk”. =P

And once mommy finishes cleaning up one, there’s always another to clean.

Oh, BTW, now that Reily is half a year old, here is another first … reverse row over! =P

Ride to the occasion

It’s been another while since I have a good trip with the ones I love, and have some quality time with some good friends.  Boy, I missed this smile, SO MUCH!! =D

Today we’re riding a REAL steam train …

with Aidan taking the lead! 

 

I still remember my mom used to bring me toy trains when I was a kid, and how I loved that.  30 years later, my sons are riding a real one, awesome! =)

While the moms are having their fun on the train, we the husbands are having our own fun.  And YES, it’s Team Timeless!!! =D

It’s Their Full Time Job

Exploring, playing, screwing things up … That’s just their full time job!  Being a photographer myself, I’m proud Aidan finally picks up a camera himself, even when he is holding it the wrong way.  But hey … It’s a film camera!  That must count for something. =P

And being creative to achieve the objective … kind of ‘anti-social’ in this case.  But still … good job Aidan!  What you fail to realize is that there’s transparent plastic board in front of the holes.  =P

Having fun with his friend.  It was just 2 years ago when Aidan was still a baby in my arms.  Aww … how much I’m missing that!!

And now that it’s warmer, we can finally play and STAY in the park without freezing ourselves. =)

I’m still waiting for the day when Reily can really enjoy the warm weather and the 2 brothers can each take up their own swing.  But of course, by the time he’s ready, I’ll missing this moment again. =P
