It’s been more than 2 years since the first time I brought Aidan to swimming pool. I still remember he was just a tiny baby in my arm, ignorant of what’s going on and he was in my arm when I led him to float on water. And then the period when he knew how to walk, and the sudden lost of security when his feet couldn’t reach anything when he was in water.
And now, the third attempt …

starting off with some fun and the splash mat!

And …

Good Lord, he is now comfortable going into the water ON HIS OWN!!

Learning how to kick the water. There must be social facilitation involved. Look at his classmate, she’s the aquatic star! =)

Aww … I certainly miss the short legged chubby baby I once had. =P

But it’s ok, I’m now are very proud father, seeing my son jumping/dropping into the water with a smiley face!

Aidan, keep it up! Regardless of whether you can go to the next level of swimming class, I’m proud of your accomplishment! =)

And of course, special thanks to our lovely teacher! She seriously made it happen. =)
